# How to Add a Quick Note

## Our Quick Note feature allows you to quickly and easily track your symptoms, thoughts, and questions throughout the day.

**To add a Quick Note:**

1\. Open the *[Zamplo App](https://app.zamplo.org/login)*

2\. Navigate towards the bottom of the screen and click the orange "***Add***" button

3\. Click on "***Quick Note***"

4\. Give your Quick Note a title

5\. Add relevant information to the Quick Note

6\. To add an attachment, click "***Attachment***"

***Tip:** Attachments can be used to take a photo or upload pdf files, reports, or referrals.*

7\. Click "***Save***"

Now you can add Quick Notes in the Zamplo App.
