# How to Join a Study Using the Zamplo App
## The first step to participating in a study is to join the Zamplo App and create your account. You can join through your preferred digital device, including your computer, Phone, iPad, Android or tablet.
In this how-to tutorial, learn how to join the Zamplo App as a study participant.

**To join the Zamplo App and create an account:**
1. Grab your digital device
2. Navigate to your ***email inbox*** and find the study welcome email
3. In this email, click on the ***link*** that says "***Sign Up***"
4. The link should prompt open your web browser and take you to the ***Zamplo App sign-up sheet***.Your first name, last name, email address, and Zamplo App access code should be filled in for you
5. ***Create a password*** (eight characters)
6. Once you've entered your password, click "***Sign Up***"
7. The next screen will prompt you to verify your email address. To do so, navigate back to your ***email inbox***
8. Find the email to verify your account and click on the ***link*** inside the email
Now, you have created and verified your account. You can log in and begin using the Zamplo App.
