How to Complete a Routine

While participating in a study, you may be asked to complete a Routine. Routines can help you track changes in your health and create new habits.

In this how-to tutorial, learn how to create a Routine in Zamplo as a study participant.

Pathway #1: Access and complete the Routine directly on Zamplo:

1. Open your Zamplo app and make sure you are on the Dashboard screen

2. Look for "My Health Routines." This is where you will find your Routines for the research you are participating in

3. Click on the Routine you would like to complete

4. The Routine will open as an entry with a brief description. Read the description to know everything that's required of you

Note: This Routine was created for you by the research coordinators as a starting point. You can always add custom Medications and Supplements, Activities, Symptoms, Health Data, Notes, and To-dos that are relevant and important to you.

5. Scroll through the entry and enter all of your required information for "Medications and Supplements", "Activity", "Symptoms", "Health Data", "Notes", and "To-dos"

6. If there is health information that is not required of you to record, but you would like to include, you can do so by pressing "Add"

7. Once you are done recording your information, review the entry and press "Save"

You have now created a routine and can follow this same pathway for any future entries required of you.
 


 

Pathway #2: Access the Routine through your email and complete it on Zamplo:

1. Navigate to your email inbox

2. Open the email from the research coordinator letting you know to complete a Routine

3. Click on the link in the email. The link will either prompt open the Routine on your web browser or the Zamplo application

4. The Routine will open as an entry with a brief description. Read the description to know everything that's required of you

Note: This Routine was created for you by the research coordinators as a starting point. You can always add custom Medications and Supplements, Activities, Symptoms, Health Data, Notes, and To-dos that are relevant and important to you.

5. Scroll through the entry and enter all of your required information for "Medications and Supplements", "Activity", "Symptoms", "Health Data", "Notes", and "To-dos"

7. Once you are done recording your information, review the entry and press "Save"
