# How to Add a Caregiver
## Friends and family often play a huge role in your health journey. Instead of passing around a binder, invite a caregiver to contribute to your virtual binder.
In this how-to tutorial, learn how to add a caregiver to the Zamplo App.

**To add a caregiver:**
1\. Open your *[Zamplo App](https://app.zamplo.org/login)*
2\. From the dashboard, navigate to the top of the screen and click on “***Add Caregiver***”
***Tip #1:** If you are already caring for someone or have a caregiver added to your profile, click on "**Switch Profiles**" and then "**Add Caregiver.**"*
3\. Enter the email of the caregiver you would like to add
4\. Choose the permission type
***Tip #2:** Full Access allows a caregiver to read and write in your journal. Read Only access will enable them only to read new journals.*
5\. Click on “***Invite Caregiver***”
There you go! You have now successfully sent out a caregiver invitation.
